GWA has established incredibly loyal partnerships with Play & Code Academy, MAD SCIENCE Maroc, Académie de Théâtre Helen O' Grady, Le Petit Champion, GINGA SPORT, and the Association TIBU Maroc. At GWA, the ASA program provides an environment that helps our students develop positive peer relationships. It gives them challenges they can rise to, provides enriching and creative activities they can participate in, and
gives our students opportunities to develop leadership and decision-making skills.

Art & Crafts

Whether it's painting, drawing, or crafting, our art instructors are passionate about nurturing each student's artistic talents and encouraging self-expression. From exploring different art mediums to learning new techniques, our program offers a vibrant and supportive space for students to discover the joy of creating.

Welcome to the enchanting world of theater, where creativity knows no bounds!  Our after-school theater program provides a platform for students to unleash their imagination, express their emotions, and shine in the spotlight. Through engaging workshops, rehearsals, and captivating performances, students build confidence, teamwork, and communication skills that extend far beyond the stage.

Chess isn't just a game; it's a mind-bending journey that fosters critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.  With patient guidance from our experienced coaches, students explore the captivating world of chess and participate in diverse competitions during the academic year.

Mad Science

With Mad Science activities, students learn with fun and acquire awesome scientific experiences, they get to take home a different Mad Science educational science-themed toy at the end of every class. Each toy is designed to demonstrate and build on the scientific concepts they learned that day.

Kinderlab Robotics

Our ASA are full of hands-on-science experiences for GWA students, offering an array of fun and interactive STEM experiments that are kid-tested and approved. The main purpose is inspiring students through science and sparking lifelong imagination and curiosity.

We aim to continue the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students and looking forward to seeing them learning new skills, developing passions, and exploring new interests.

Robotics compliments coding which boosts problem-solving skills, encourages persistence, and stimulates creativity. Robotics teaches kids complicated concepts with ease. Elementary students in ASA move forward with Dash & Dot, Sphero SPRK+, and LEGO® Education's SPIKE™ Essential & WeDo, and Makeblock mBot. Our Upper School students hone their skills in ASA with SPIKE™ Prime, MINDSTORMS® EV3, and FTC Rev Robotics EDU.

Over the past eight years, GWA students have participated in Exhibitions and Tournaments, Regionally, Nationally, and Internationally including the FIRST® LEGO® League World Festival in Houston, Texas. Besides taking part in FIRST® LEGO® League Events.

GWA also participates in the World Robot Olympiad™ and FIRST ® Tech Challenge where students ages 12-18 learn to think like engineers.
