Please submit the inquiry form in order to create an account. An email verification will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in order to complete the registration process. One of our Admissions staff will contact you within one business day. A link to apply will be sent to the email address you provided in order to complete and submit the application.
The following documents need to be uploaded into your child’s OpenApply online application:
One recent photo of the applicant
One copy of the applicant’s passport or birth certificate
One copy of the parents’ passport or identification card
Copies of school records for the two (2) most recent years - (Grade 1 to 12)
Transcripts - (Grade 10 to 12)
Standardized Tests (example: MAP, WIDA…), if available
Certificate of Attendance - (Discovery to Kindergarten)
Teacher Evaluations: one (1) for Elementary and Middle School and (2) for High School

- Please note that all the above documents MUST be uploaded into the student’s online application before you can be considered for testing. If you have trouble uploading the documents into OpenApply, please contact the Admissions office for assistance.
- Please complete your Admission documents within 30 days to avoid your application being cancelled. Once the application file is complete, the Admissions office will contact you to schedule a testing day.
- Due to High demand, certain grades might close for admissions, so parents are urged to apply at the earliest.
